plugins in Konqueror 4.1.2

How do you tell Konqueror version 4.1.2 where
the plugins are ?

I know this seems a really dumb question
but it seems far from obvious where to look

This is not a dumb question. I went to have a look, wound up looking in the KDE handbook and only mention of plugins for konqueror is via the package manager.

I have FF installed with several plugins, Flash, Java etc. I opened up Konq, clicked settings, Configure Konqueror, and clicked on the Plugin icon. It was near the bottom, I had to scroll down. Then click "Scan for New Plugins". It found all my plugins for FF. Sounds wierd, but they are working...
