In what form do you connect to the internet? (dialup, dsl, cable..)

Have you tried setting up a connection without the software?

I'm sorry, but the only thing I can suggest is switching providers. I tried searching google and couldn't find anything suggesting that GNU/Linux can connect to Juno(other than Linspire). I, myself, used GNU/Linux for a long time without being able to connect to the internet. When I got connected for the first time, it was like, "Wow, it really works!", I mean, I was seriously taken back.

Anyways, there are ISP's that offer non-OS specific dialup for less than Juno. My current provider(www.access4less.com) is $6/mo, and I've even seen ISP's as low as $4/mo.

If I can help you anymore, just post...
