Personalise WindowMaker Dock Icon to have time/Date
A question here for any WindowMaker experts or any veteran users of Mandrake/Mandriva Linux.
First time I ever used Linux I used Mandrake & started using WindowMaker after dabbling with KDE.
Something that I really liked was the fact that Mandrake had customised the WindowMaker Dock to have the time & date on it. I mean the Clock WAS the Dock as well, not just a docked app.
It looked remarkably like wmCalClock as I recall (could be wrong - this was nearly a decade ago).
Now I'm running Debian & started using WindowMaker again after a number of years using Gnome. Loving it! Should have switched years ago.
However, I really miss having that useful Dock set up as a date/clock. My current state is the dock simply having it's standard icon & it's a bit of a waste.
Does anyone know how to mod the Dock so that it's still the dock, but has the date & time?
Any advice appreciated.
