pb with perl 5.8.0


Bonjour!

My OS is Red Hat 8.0
I want to install perl 5.8.0
but after the ./Configure , when I launch the make , I have a error message which appear :


"
make : *** Pas de regle pour fabriquer la cible '<interne>', necessaire pour 'miniperlmain.o'. Arret "
"


I think I need your help!!!

don't bother installing from source, just use the rpm on your distro cd's or at rpmfind.net

I have had good success with downloading Komodo 2.3 and ASPN Perl 5.8 from http://activestate.com. They have an 21 day renewable license for Komodo. I am still having troulble with the VPM (my network error I guess).

you don't even know what your computer is?? scary... just pick i386 if you genuinely don't know.
