"Orphaned Control Module" - KDE / Kubuntu

Another KDE based error, when I go into "Monitor and Display Settings" it shows no settings, but instead says module could not be loaded. It gives possible reasons as an orphaned control module or a third party module "Lying around". I have searched around and can't really find anything that would cause this. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Perhaps this can help diagnose the problem.

Typing kcmshell displayconfig yields the following:

I removed KDE guidance and that went fine. But when I go to reinstall it, Adept does nothing. I select install and it does nothing. When I use apt-get it says:

Reading state information... Done
Package kde-guidance is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package kde-guidance has no installation candidate
