oracle on linux problem


hi
i'm installing oracle 9.2 on Redhat linux application server 2i. while installing oracle i'm getting following problem:

/tmp/OraInstall/jre/bin/../bin/i686/native_threads/jre: relocation error: /tmp/OraInstall/jre/bin/../lib/i686/native_threads/libjava.so: symbol __libc_wait, version GLIBC_2.0 not defined in file libc.so.6 with link time reference
~



please help...

Your glibc is too recent, see here for a workaround
