operator console for linux telephone Application

Hello
I need to develop the telephone application (i.e embedded Linux Arm platform ) for operator console i did not find any reference model to develop the code,
Let me know the availability of code,references to proceed .

Here's an operators panel.... http://www.asternic.org/ but it's done in perl with flash..

don't know what kind of system you are using your operators panel for.. Asterisk as well ??
