Did you run the cp command and all other instructions as root?
Ok. Do you want to start at the beginning of the instructions and work through them one by one? When you come across a warning or an error, paste it and the command here and we'll try to resolve it.
Edit: I'm on GMT so, if you want to do this, someone else will have to step in or we can do it tomorrow.
Thanks but this is error: cd: /usr/share/easy-rsa/: No such file or directory
I know It's in /etc/easy-rsa (Weird)...and there is no tools for building any keys..thats strange.
reinstalled again and same output...In Mint It was IIRC /home/.../openvpn-ca
