OpenOffice: Where does the automatic backup copy get saved?
After an unfortunate mistake destroyed a valued OpenOffice WP document, I went to Tools-->Options-->Load/Save in OO and clicked "Always Create Backup Copy." Then I opened another document, made some changes, and saved them--just to see the backup copy appear. Um...I don't see any new file made in the directory (a .bak or an .old or anything else); so where's the backup? Do they get saved elsewhere? (which, now that I think of it, is a safe if not convenient idea)
