OpenOffice.org + dicOOo spelling

I download the dicOOo file. Then I install the .zip files. I close the program and after restarting I select spelling control and language of the document to Dutch. I restart OO.org again. The problem is that it lists all the words as wrong. Simple words that should be in the list get marked. In the spellchecker it says that the Dutch library is loaded. Does anyone know how to make the spellcheck work properly.
