OpenOffice fonts look cracked

What might be wrong, my OpenOffice fonts look this:

I've readed documentation at opeoffice.org and tried turning font antialiasing off but it didn't help.

If you're using OpenOffice1.1, go to tools->Options->accessibility and check 'use system fonts for user interface'. If this doesn't help (or you are using an earlier version), uncheck the box, go to Fonts under the options and have the font
Andale Sans UI
replaced with something that looks good.
