ok! loaded gentoo tarball. now need help with portage snapshot download

evrythings going great after loading tarball. But NOW im online at links2 www.gentoo.org/en/mirrors.xml or whatever the url is and im not seeing anything that says or refers to the portage snapshot! I see 'Gentoo handbook' link, 'documentation' links and 'resources' link but nothing that says portage snapshot! can someone direct me on what to select in order to download snapshot please!? OH, and HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

I believe the URL is http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors.xml

Once it's open in links you have to go through the links with the Down-Arrow key - in links you won't be able to use right-arrow (although I know it somes feels intuitively like you should) to skip from the navigation column to main content, just keep using down till you get to a mirror you want (ie. one nearby), then use right-arrow (or enter) to follow it.

tHANKS Ryan! Ive downloaded portage and am currently extracting it to drive. MAN! thats alot of files!
