Usually I use -b 160 -M 192 which to
my poor hearing (old age and all ;}) and
stereo equipment (built-in notebook-
speakers) is more than satisfactory :} ...
even with my 40 US$ external speakers
it sounds good, I can't tell of any quality
loss from the CD if I play it on the same
system ;)

Cheers,
Tink

hmmm, I am having issues now. Seems like grip isn't for gnome 2. What does everyone use to rip there cd's in linux with cddb??? Would be really nice to rip from cd straight to ogg with the name. If not at least wave with the name. Everything is coming back grip but couldnt get it to compile then found out its for gnome 1

thanks
