not found in $ PATH or /bin


hi
i've tired to install a layer which allows using collins dictionaryKydpdict 0.9.0 i've unpacked tar.gz archive and next ./configure and here turns up a problem:

checking for gcc... gcc

checking whether we are cross compiling... no

checking whether we are using the GNU C compiler... yes
checking whether gcc accepts -g... yes
checking for gcc option to accept ANSI C... none needed
checking how to run the C preprocessor... gcc -E
checking for gcc... (cached) gcc
checking whether we are using the GNU C compiler... (cached) yes
checking whether gcc accepts -g... (cached) yes
checking for gcc option to accept ANSI C... (cached) none needed
checking for g++... g++
checking whether we are using the GNU C++ compiler... yes
checking whether g++ accepts -g... yes
checking how to run the C++ preprocessor... g++ -E
checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes
checking for X... libraries /usr/X11R6/lib, headers /usr/X11R6/include
checking for gethostbyname... yes
checking for connect... yes
checking for remove... yes

checking for moc... not found
configure error: ... not found in $ PATH or /bin

checking in /usr/bin i found out taht there is a file mocd. i wasn't sure if it's nedded moc. so i used apt-get to instal moc. system brought back the message moc installed.
finally i've made sym link moc to mocd and nothing changed. this same message.
please somebody help me

ps. i'm using debian sarge

moc is part of the Qt software. So I guess you have to install Qt also.
To find your $PATH, run:
