I am running debina testing and installed alsa. I have Audigy 2ZS sound card. I am not able to get any sound.

Has your soundcard been detected at boot (dmesg)?

Sound card has not been detected.
I get two beep sound when booting computer.
How can I probe the sound card at boot up?

Obviously a sound card can't be used unless it is detected...

To tell you the truth I don't know. I have never encountered a system before (linux based system that is) which does not know that a sound card is a sound card. It should however definetely turn up as some sort of device, probably PCI. So it should be present as some device at /dev/something, that is if it is plugged in coreectly and undamaged.

If everthing is OK on a hardware level than I would contact your cards manufacterer and ask him for assistance. There is also a nice HOWTO on http://www.faqs.org/docs/Linux-HOWTO/Sound-HOWTO.html, but it essentially also sais to follow the manufacterers instructions for installation.

Can you find out what error you are presented with during boot? Should be in dmesg or syslog if you load them during boot (prior to hardware detection)...
