I've installed a fluxbox, but it doesn't appear in the menu at login. I use kdm to login. I tried using console as a login. Typing 'fluxbox' there produced this output.

Obviously I needed the server running for the client to be able to connect, so from there I ran xinit, and from the bare console that produced, I typed "fluxbox", only to get the same output. However, a window was put around the console, and right clicking gave me a fluxbox menu. However, this seems a very bad way of doing things.
Can someone point me in the right direction? A google result suggested editing .xinitrc, but I had a look, and it's not youre average config file.
In short:
- What I really want is to include it in the kdm menu.
- Where are the docs located for kdm?
