Network Per-User QoS

Hi all, I work in IT for a small, but very rapidly growing company, and I'm wondering if anybody knows of software that can meet some requirements.

I need software that can set QoS PER USER on the network by IP address, computer name, or MAC address. Some other, less important requirements is being able to track visited websites per user, and be able to monitor bandwidth per user.
I would prefer if the solution is a proxy server for it to be transparent without requiring any setup on the users part. The solution need not be software if somebody knows how to set up the IP tables in Linux to do said tasks.
I have found some software that can do some of these things, usually plugins for Smoothwall or IPCop. I tried Windows ISA server, but it doesn't use real QoS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

For your QOS requirements try MasterShaper (http://www.mastershaper.org/tiki-index.php).

For the Website tracking...you could try Squid/Dansguardian.

Hey, thanks for the quick reply! I am going to give that a try!

And yeah, I actually am going to use squid for the website tracking, plus it will add caching to it, which should help with the bandwidth too.
