Network HotSync - WIN2K w/ cradle to Linux

I'm trying to get my Ximian Evolution 1.4.4 to preform a NetworkSync to a Palm V attached to a Windows 2000 machine. I'm using the RPMs for pilot-link and gnome-pilot that are installed by Ximian (0.11.5 and 2.0.10 respectively).

The Linux machine is COMPAQ730 / 192.168.0.6 and the Windows machine is 192.168.0.1.

* Here's what my ~/.gnome2/gnome-pilot/gpilotd looks like *

[General]
sync_PC_Id=1255553153
progress_stepping=1
num_devices=1
num_pilots=1

[Device0]
type=4
name=NetworkHotSync
ip=192.168.0.6
host=COMPAQ730
netmask=255.255.255.0
timeout=2

[Pilot0]
name=MyPilot
pilotid=0
creation=0
romversion=0
pilotusername=Joe
basedir=/root/download/MyPilot

Both Ximian Evolution and gpilotd appear to respond to changes to this file.

* Here's the output I get when running gpilotd from the command line *

gpilotd-Message: gnome-pilot 2.0.10 starting...
gpilotd-Message: compiled for pilot-link version 0.11.5
gpilotd-Message: compiled with [VFS] [USB] [IrDA] [Network]
gpilotd-Message: Activating CORBA server
gpilotd-Message: bonobo_activation_active_server_register = 0
gpilotd-Message: Watching NetworkHotSync (192.168.0.6, COMPAQ730)

... and when I hit the HotSync button on the Windows 2000 machine *

gpilotd-Message: Woke on NetworkHotSync

* My ~/.gnome2/gnome-pilot/conduits0 looks like this *

[General]
conduits=gpbackup1 e_address_conduit e_calendar_conduit e_todo_conduit gpfile1 gpmemo1

[gpbackup1]
sync_type=custom

[e_address_conduit]
sync_type=synchronize

[e_calendar_conduit]
sync_type=synchronize

[e_todo_conduit]
sync_type=synchronize

[gpfile1]
sync_type=custom

[gpmemo1]
sync_type=synchronize
