Network collaboration / communication software?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows of an app - or group of apps for that matter - that could be run either with a client/server or p2p structure on a local network that would allow me to do the following list of seemingly too good to be true things?

LAN voice / video chat
instant messaging - both IM style and IRC room style
shared whiteboards
vnc-esque screencasting
normal vnc like functions
sending and recieving files

I know this is a really long list, and i dont think a single app could do it, but do you think it would be possible to run a few apps and just code up a nice frontend to run them all from?

Thanks *so* much in advance

Daniel.
