Netbeans runs here in Mint, but I installed Zorin OS, then JAVA, then Netbeans, and I click the icon and nothing. It is all the latest version, OS, Netbeans, Java. YT search zero help, only two that were irrlevant, rest are "How ton Install Nebeans", which is not my question. The same result was with the web search before that.

Your entire problem description is "I click the icon and nothing"....what do you think we'll be able to tell you??? How did you install Netbeans, via what procedures?? Did you install it via flatpak, snap, or source??? Have you tried running it from the terminal to see what happens??
Not sure why you bothered to post the details of a completely different system than the one that's having the actual problem. Since that system is WORKING, what do you think we'll get from hardware details and Debian repositories for a different system??
