Need to rescue cd with CDFS but I can't do it

I have photos I saved to cd using adaptec. You know the old problem. ISO packets. Its all pretty Greek to me. I then, somehow, lost the ability to access the disk except for a audio file that got recorded and I have no idea how it happened. Anyway, I used ISOBuster to read the disk and the pics are all there but ISOBuster won't let me save them unless I send them $30.

Enter CDFS. They tell me this will save my cd. But I have tried and I can't figure out how to use CDFS. Does anyone out there know what I need to do?

Note that I've never used this program, but it looks like you mount the CD using the CDFS file system as type. Then you mount each iso file to a loopback interface. Then you should be able to just copy the files from the loopback directory to another directory on your hard drive.
