mysql set permissions


Hi,

In RH9 i could create a mysql DB with a username and password using the imple program mysqlsetpermissions

does this program exist in Fedora Core2 or is there a simiar CL program?

Try a:

locate <command name>

Or I always do a:

mysq [tab][tab] which prints up all the commands that start with mysq in my path

But really that command I would think is specific to mysql and not the distro.

cheers for that... guess i'm trying to cover all paths before the plunge! but then i have a complete new machine so no risk of screwing up my live server at present.
