MySQL Server

Just installed MySQL (MySQL-server-4.0.15-0.i386.rpm) and the mysqladmin file is missing!

Looking on Google this seems fairly common but everyone seems to resolve it by installing the RPM which I've already done!

I installed it as follows:

# rpm -iv MySQL-server-4.0.15-0.i386.rpm

Have I missed somehting?
