Question Multiple Segment possible with Yum?

Hello
Does anyone know of a version of Yum which can download from more than one server at the same time? What I mean is say you need file X. The program would automatically get part of file X from one server and another part of file X from a different server.
The reason i ask this is I have a recently new install of Fedora Core 6. The user of this machine wants a large quantity of software but I do not have the time to let the computer run for 9-10 hours for 600 meg. I have a 5 meg download line and would like to use my full bandwidth.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Greg Manhart

You can try smart. It opens multiple connections at one time. There is a gui with it.

I found the program you talked about here:
http://labix.org/smart

Has anyone used it with Fedora Core 6?
