Multiple Instances When Opening Outlook

A friend is having multiple issues with her Linux system.

There is a weird behavior of this system. When she launches her Outlook from VMWARE, the launch could trigger multiple openings of Outlook instance. If a mail should arrive, the mail will open by itself and keeps opening many times. I know somebody can be of help in this forum.

You already posted a similar thread which was moved to the general forum because questions about outlook do not belong in Linux Software since outlook is a Windows application. Please do not post duplicate threads on this forum as this goes against the rules you agreed to when you signed up.
