I have three monitors, one running at 1440x900 and the other two at 1024x768, the 1440x900 monitor on one ATI card and the two 1024x768 monitors on a Nvidia card. The 1440 monitor is in the middle of the other two. I was wondering if it would be possible to have Beryl (without XGL) span the two monitors on the sides (I thought beryl could be used w/o xgl on nvidia cards) and Beryl/XGL on the middle monitor? I would assume not, but I really dont want to have to run anything I dont need...

If so, how would I setup Xinerama for this?

Not being an expert on the subject, I would say that your scenario sounds a little far-fetched.

None of the new fancy window managers support currently Xinerama, although I've been reading about some patches for Compiz.
