Mozilla, Galeon

I was on the internet and Galeon just disappeared. Itried to restart it but as soon as it opens it immediatly closes. This also happens with Mozilla. Konqourer works fine. And all this is only in Gnome, everything works fine in KDE. Anyone know what's going on?

I had that happen to me in redhat. I booted into the root user and started mozilla from the command line and it fixed it. Why it happened I don't know, but it worked for me

I also have had mozilla quit and refuse to start. I atributed it to other problems I had directly after doing an update on mandy9.. I didn't notice it imediatly, but when I did, I used the software manager to delete it and then reinstalled it. That worked but then I noticed that galeon had totaly disapeared and had to reinstall it also. In galeons case it went missing from the K/network/www list and the desk top icon was replaced with a ?mark titled galeon! John
