Mozilla bug?

I am running Mozilla 1.3 (I had the same problem with 1.1) in KDE 3.0 on a Mandrake 9.0 system. I have a problem in that occasionally when i click a link, or enter a URL, as soon as the page begins to load the program crashes, I end up with my screen showing many tiny Mozilla windows in a grid and I am forced to restart X. This is annoying as it also disconnects me from the internet.

I have no such problem using other browsers but I really do like Mozilla. Has anybody else had this problem or know what could be causing it?

You may want to check out the plugins that you have for mozilla.
If you have a bad java plugin mozilla will crash if it goes to a page that is using java.[
