Mounting a NTFS partition

Hi,
I need help to complete mounting my NTFS windows XP disk in my Redhat 9 system.

I mount it when connected as root and every thing is ok. I can see my window filesystem ( after kernel update from NTFS-linux)

When I log in as a different user, i don't have permissions to views the mount point.

I try chmod to give permissions to another user when connected as root, but it is still ko.

I'am new in Linux world.

Regards.

you have to edit the entry in /etc/fstab. Add the option umask=0 to the entry for your ntfs partition.
