mod_python error

Hello, I am trying to install mod_python on my development server, FC4, and I want to use Trac.

As far as I know, Trac requires mod_python. I go to download the source, configure, make it, I go to make install and I get

Quote:
Performing DSO installation.

/usr/bin/install -c -d /usr/local/apache/modules
/usr/bin/install -c src/mod_python.so /usr/local/apache/modules
/usr/bin/install: cannot stat `src/mod_python.so': No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [install_dso] Error 1
Now when in SSH I get this:

I don't know what the problem is, I tried CentOS 4.5 and FC4, both have this problem.

Configure Statment: ./configure --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs
Make: make
Make Install: make install

then the error appears there.

I am running FC4 with Python 4.4, Apache 2.0.59, OpenSSL 0.9.8e, and Libtool 1.5.16.

I also followed what to do on mod_python's site, run ./buildconf first (when compiling apache), but no luck with that.
