Missing Audio Hardware Setup tab on KDE

Hi, I used to use the sound configuration of KDE (installed in Manjaro) to change between sound cards in my PC, I took an screenshot to remember the configuration I was using.

https://forum.manjaro.org/uploads/de..._1_690x388.png

But now, after install XFCE as another DE, I realised that this option has disappeared, and I canīt change between sound cards.

Itīs so weird, I really donīt know what happened and I have searched a lot and didnīt find any solution, only some people with the same problem but donīt giving a solution, so I donīt know what to do.
I need that option because I have to record the sound of the GPU output but now I only can record the CPU sound.
I have pulseaudio and alsa installed and updated, and all works fine but that missing option.
Any clue? Maybe I miss some package or another package is not needed and it conflicts?.
Iīm not an expert so please keep that in mind.

The "code" below is from my Slackware box.

I think the problem may be that XFCE and KDE each have their own system settings tools.

I tried running the KDE one under Fluxbox, which is my current desktop on everything, and got an error saying that it is a "KUniqueApplication." I'm guessing this means it will not run under other DEs. Maybe someone who is more knowledgeable than I can verify this.

Code:
3# ls /usr/bin/*settings*
/usr/bin/gsettings /usr/bin/thunar-volman-settings /usr/bin/xfce4-power-manager-settings
/usr/bin/gsettings-data-convert /usr/bin/xdg-settings /usr/bin/xfce4-session-settings
/usr/bin/gsettings-schema-convert /usr/bin/xfce4-accessibility-settings /usr/bin/xfce4-settings-editor
/usr/bin/hp-devicesettings /usr/bin/xfce4-appearance-settings /usr/bin/xfce4-settings-manager
/usr/bin/hp-printsettings /usr/bin/xfce4-clipman-settings /usr/bin/xfdesktop-settings
/usr/bin/kde-systemsettings-tree.py /usr/bin/xfce4-display-settings /usr/bin/xfsettingsd
/usr/bin/oxygen-settings /usr/bin/xfce4-keyboard-settings /usr/bin/xfwm4-settings
/usr/bin/systemsettings /usr/bin/xfce4-mime-settings /usr/bin/xfwm4-tweaks-settings
/usr/bin/thunar-settings /usr/bin/xfce4-mouse-settings /usr/bin/xfwm4-workspace-settings

Well, I really can open KDE settings tool under XFCE and works perfectly, but even running it under KDE I canīt reach the configuration tab I lost, so maybe my problem is different from yours.
