Question Mint 17 Cinnamon 32-BIT SWAP Partition

Hi

BLKID reports:
/dev/sda2: UUID="0e473fe4-3d54-46f7-b424-a4430a4e0a92" TYPE="swap"
/dev/sda3: LABEL="Data" UUID="7384335A7EEF448D" TYPE="ntfs"
/dev/sda5: UUID="79c7928a-5ca1-4016-8665-01f860e79d38" TYPE="ext4"

FSTAB
# /etc/fstab: static file system information.
#
# Use 'blkid' to print the universally unique identifier for a
# device; this may be used with UUID= as a more robust way to name devices
# that works even if disks are added and removed. See fstab(5).
#
# <file system> <mount point> <type> <options> <dump> <pass>
# / was on /dev/sda5 during installation
UUID=79c7928a-5ca1-4016-8665-01f860e79d38 / ext4 errors=remount-ro 0 1
# swap was on /dev/sda2 during installation
#UUID=8615b44b-faaf-4de3-a011-a6470289e650 none swap sw 0 0
/dev/mapper/cryptswap1 none swap sw 0 0

/dev/sda2 is my 2GB swap partition. How do I set it active?

And how do I get /dev/sda3 to automount? Settings in Disks are OK but it still does not mount this partition upon boot-up. How should I be going about this?

This should apply https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Au...ountPartitions

Looks like you encrypted the swap either when you made it or before on a previous install.

Typical swap commands.

There is some way to have swap set to find at boot I think so that any swap file or partition it finds gets mounted.
