Im trying to install fl studio 10 in wine,When attempting to launch the install I get the error

according to winehq and many other sources this shouldnt be a problem using wine1.3. I completely uninstalled wine, reinstalled with

sudo apt-get install wine1.3
|
But the error still presists.
Anyone have any ideas
