MDADM rebuild restarts at around 95%

Hello all!

I have a raid 10 setup, had a disk go bad on me a few days ago. The disk has been replaced, but the rebuild "fails". I'm not seeing any errors in obvious places ( I have an "Unrecoverable I/O read error" on the drive in question in dmesg, but I'm not positive that it's from after the drive was replaced.)

Just wondering, has anyone ever seen this for any reason other then a bad replacement drive? I'm going to replace the drive with a new one again, just to be sure, but was hoping to rule out anything else in the mean time.

Thanks in advance!
