"man something" gives empty result except for a random invoking

Code:
#... n times, where n is a random number;)
  cur $ man udev
  cur $ man udev
  cur $ man udev
  cur $ man udev
  cur $ man udev
  cur $ man udev
  cur $ man udev
(END)
I must to invoke man command random times, then man page is open properly. I have no idea about the cause of this strange behaviour.

This take place only if the Polish version of manual page exists.

P.S. Do I have described the problem clearly?
