Question man -K segmentation fault

When I do the following:

man -K suffices

I get the following:

sh: line 1:/unsafe/: No such file or directory
Segmentation Fault

I don't know why this is happening. I am guessing that it is a shell script issue, but I don't know where to start. This only happens on continuous searches. I need help badly. Thank you.

UPDATE

I just ran the command:

man -DdK suffices

and I got several search commands in the form of:

not executing command:
<some command>
[ynq]

then I got:

not executing command:
/unsafe/
Segmentation Fault

Where did "/unsafe/" come from, and how do I fix it? The other commands search a compressed file with grep.
