Mail Server not sending mail

I need help !!!! My mail server running on redhat 6.2 is having some problems, clients can send mail, but it does not reach its destination neither does it bounce back, for both local mail and outside mail !

this just started yesterday, and i have tried a number of things to no avail. HELP ME PlEASE

How bout some more info... Your /var/log/maillog, perhaps?
