mail problem (Access denied)

Hello ...

I tried to send an email message to someone but I got the error message below:

does any one have any idea about what does "Access denied" here mean? and what are the reasons for this case?

note: this is not the real domain or email address:

thanks in advance

here's the error message

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at smtp.myserver.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<someone@somedomain.com>:
209.47.155.2 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 <someone@somedomain.com>... Access denied
Giving up on 209.47.155.2.

According to RFC 1893 , Enhanced Mail System Status Codes:
Quote:
X.7.1 Delivery not authorized, message refused

The sender is not authorized to send to the destination.
This can be the result of per-host or per-recipient
filtering. This memo does not discuss the merits of any
such filtering, but provides a mechanism to report such.
This is useful only as a permanent error.
