lt_modem drivers at boot time.

Hi.
With my first installation of MDK 9.2,I inserted my Lucent ltmodem drivers lt_modem.o and lt_serial.o into /etc/modules and they would load at bootime, ran KPPP and I was on the net.

Recently I had to perform a fresh install (could not repair my stuff up),and luckily I had the drivers on a floppy.Installed the drivers and put them in /etc/modules,set up KPPP,no joy.Placed the full path, /lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk/ltmodem/lt_modem.o and /lib/modules/2.4.22-10mdk/ltmodem/lt_serial.o in /etc/modules,still not working.Ran insmod < full path>,checked with lsmod and found the modules to be loaded and I could connect to the net.
Ran syslog and it would appear the modules are being loaded at boot time, but when I check with lsmod, they are not there.I run insmod <full path> and then they are loaded. Is there any other way I can ensure that they do really load at boot time.

Cheers

Lachlan.
