low disk space email warnings

I am running Red Hat Linux 7.1 and am getting low disk space warnings emailed to root. What is monitering the disk space and how can I change the hi-water mark?

The software monitoring your system on RH7.3 is logwatch I guess its the same in 7.1

You can edit the things to watch, and when to alert, in /etc/log.d/ogwatch.conf

check out that dir for options...

Hi Satriani -

Thanks! Upon examining the file .conf file I could not see where I could set a high-water mark for my filesystems... for example, I want to set the high-water mark to like 97% full on a particular filesystem, and then have the warning emails sent to root when it gets there or above...

Sorry, i was away a few days... But you might want to check your quota settings also.. Maybe you are running quota on your disks ???
