Lost the Thunderbird Calendar display Panel again

The column with the calendar at the right - I made it too narrow and it closed.
I know it's a simple setting somewhere but I seem to have a block on remembering it.
I've even saved the fix before - and of course I don't remember where.
In my dotage here, I guess.

In the "sandwich" (≡) menu in the Calender Toolbar on the top right:
go to View>Calendar>Calendar Pane and check Show Calendar Pane

Thanks, shruggy, I knew it was somewhere

But for some reason the pane is still not coming back, even with "Show Calendar Pane" checked. I've even tried removing and reinstalling it but no go.

Help?

That means it's not closed, but collapsed to 1px width. With the mouse slowly hovering over the window border, it will show up as a thin vertical line. Just start dragging it with the mouse and it will expand.

Thanks, but there's no sign of that thin vertical line, none at all.

Try to drag it with the mouse nevertheless.

Not happening.
I even removed the extension, removed Tbird, reinstalled tbird and then added Lightning again.
No joy.

Time to look at an alternative, I guess. T'bird hasn't worked well in months. Emails keep getting re-marked as unread, it's ridiculous.

Stuck with Thunderbird - my ISP's email, which I use (unfortunately now, it seems) has gone security-crazy and won't permit any of the other clients that I've tried to collect mail.
(Still don't have lightning - given up on it.)
Have started another thread about the "marking" nonsense.

You haven't, by any chance, made your Thunderbird window too narrow?
I seem to remember that when I made the window narrow, the calendar disappeared and I had to hunt around trying to get it back.

That's what I did, yeah.
Done it before, and other times I've been able get it back.

This time nothing worked, so on that box I've had to settle for another way to collect mail until I eventually blow it away and try another distro.

It just happened to me again. I got it back by:-
Go to the "sandwich" (≡) menu in the Calender Toolbar on the top right:
View
Today Pane
Show Today Pane
