ffmpeg-0.4.9pre1

Looking for a patch for gcc4
I tried the normal google search for gentoo patches (I'm not running gentoo, but often such searches provide patches I need when using a new compiler) but came up empty.

Anyone know of a patch for ffmpeg with gcc4?
