Looking a Fullscreen Agenda for LINUX for X11?

Hello,

I would like to transform a box in a fullscreen tool for the kitchen. With agenda, firefox, and few apps. It starts automatically and I have a touch screen for the handy thing.

Well, I am looking a Fullscreen Agenda for LINUX for X11. Is there something?

Have you checked out Ubuntu Netbook Remix? All apps run full-screen, and you could use the "Tasks" screen from Evolution for your agenda.
