LogAnalyzer Install Issue

Trying to run through the LogAnalyzer install.php script and found a problem with the php. The install is not creating tables in the database, looking through the apache2 error.log find the following entry.

Undefined index: UserDBEnabled in /var/www/log/install.php on line 430, 466, 543, and 570.

Believe this is defined with the following;

if ( isset($_SESSION['UserDBEnabled']) ) { $content['UserDBEnabled'] = $_SESSION['UserDBEnabled']; } else { $content['UserDBEnabled'] = true; }

Checked the LogAnayler web site see if this is a reported problem, the user forums on that site has not been updated in a while, so thought see if anybody here is any thoughts.

Installing LogAnayler-4.1.6 software on an Ubuntu 16.04 server fully updated using apache2.
