List installed RPMs

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to list/search the RPMs installed on my system using the command line?

I want to find a RPM name and then be able to remove it. (is the best way to do this using "rpm -e package-name")

Thanks

Radam

Been a while since I've used rpm but I believe it is:
Code:
rpm -qa
Surely you could have run rpm --help or man rpm to find this?

Don't worry about it, Radam. You might have even helped someone else by posting this... now when somebody else who missed that in the documentation (and it is easy to miss) needs to ask that question here, they can find the answer by searching the archives.
