Hi there. I have an IBM Thinkpad T42 laptop with a built-in infrared port. I am trying to use lirc on it, but when I run mode2 and press buttons on my remote, I get nothing. When I ran setup.sh it automatically selected COM3 for the port that the infrared is on...I don't know if that's correct. Can anyone help?
