linxu temp monitor/sensors

i would like to view my cpu and case temps in linux so i dont have to reboot to check them in the bios all the time. ive looked around for progs that do this ive found a few but they dont look easy to setup "im still getting into linux". does anyone have a suggestion or recommendation. the easier to setup the better. my mobo is "MSI i850" thanks for any info.
