I would like to know if somebody know a site in which
I can download any of the Linux OS?

Each distro has their own website. Go to distrowatch to look at the different distros, and follow the links.

And did you not even try to look this up on Google??

probably he/she is looking for a package manager (and know how to use it) or something like this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ubuntu_Software_Center

Hard to tell, but the question says "Linux OS", title says "Linux Softwares".

check your own isp
public ftp (have a read of there site)
lots host many different Linux iso images that you can download and it doesn't count on your net usage.
start with a live version to have a look Mandriva is my favourite hopefully it wont die

And if you want to download any s/ws for Linux you can get from,
rpm.pbone.net

Why do you assume the OP will be using an RPM-based distribution?
