Hy,
I have installed on a computer Windows XP(Fat32),Windows 2000 Server(NTFS) and Linux RedHat 9.I want to delete the linux partition.How can I do that?Fdisk doesn't work.Please help!
Thanks
delete the linux partitions using linux fdisk or 'parted'.then boot into windows from a floppy and do 'fdisk /MBR' to 'uninstall' linux.
ps:this will edit your MBR such that you will be able to boot into only one of the windows.(from which you did fdisk /MBR).so you will have to change the windows boot loader configuration from windows
hi,
i donot know the exact steps but you can surely find the proper steps at http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/l...uninstall.html

if you have windows xp or windoww 2000 then u can use disk managment for creat or delete partitions.
right click on my computer --> Manage --> disk managment
here u will see all of urs partitions, but u should know which partition u sued for linux.
just mouse right clik and delete partition.
or u can use third party software like Partition magic (very good software)
