Reason being:
Some of our really really old systems still use an old version of QNX OS software. The problem with QNX is that it writes files with wierd flags.
Anything that is written to a disk in QNX isn't readable via MS OS's until you use the QNX program to "copy" it to a flopp.
At this point, it converts it to tru ANSI or ISO format so that anything can read it.
Problem is:
Need to know if Linux can read QNX filesystems. If so, can anyone point me in the direction of where to find this.

I believe it can as to last time I compiled my kernel I saw the option to add QNX filesystem support. Don't know of any links in my head but I'm sure google could find some for you.
I play with QNX, and ran it for about 2 weeks as my sole OS.
You can build support in as tricky said, it is able to READ from QNX systems. However, I believe it's QNX4 or greater, so depending on how old your systems are...
Yeah. Unfortunately, our field systems are running QNX 2.1.x... fairly old. Like back from the 80's man... (whatever happened to the 80's anyway?... oh yeah.. Regan.)
So, I'll have to dilly dally around and see what they've changed in their distros since.
I would think that QNX be decent enough to include support in newer releases for at least readability from old releases. So maybe you could somehow import the old info into the newer release, and THEN be able to read it on linux
